Thanks for the head start
“I want to thank you all for changing our lives. After going to your classes and getting the tools we need to be Real Estate Investors the only thing stopping ourselves from being successful is us.We now have our first house under contract and are starting our flip.Thank you again”

A year in
“I have been using the Success Program for almost a year now and I am a huge fan. Yes, you can get scared by negative reviews and ask for a refund or you can actually try it for yourself and make some serious money. I used the mentors for a while and they are the ones that taught me the ins and outs of writing contracts, tax procedures, dealing with tenants, etc. Once I successfully flipped a few properties and secured renters in another, I wanted to see if I could do it on my own. I could! My mentor was always there if I needed him but he was such a great teacher that I was able to continue on with minimal help after about a year of talking with him multiple times a week. Investing in real estate is hard and if you can find a great program, mentor, coach to teach you through the entire process you are set! Great product and a great team! Also I did meet Christina and Tarek El Moussa and was able to walk through some of their current flips and it was insane. They are experts.”

Learned SO much on my first deal.
“Purchased a home that had been illegal turned into a duplex w/out permits. Major rehab turning it back into a SFH. All new electrical, HVAC, duct work. Restored hardwood floors and redesigned master suite. Profit should be around $30k when all is said and done. Education received in the process was priceless! I learned so much about people, about products, about my market, and about myself. The whole process took much longer than anticipated. Rehab only ran about 4 weeks beyond schedule. But I live in a beach centered community. I learned that there is a definite hot sales time. And the delay meant that I missed that sales season. I also learned that most buyers rely very strongly on their realtor's lead in buying. Everyone who lives in my rehab neighborhood loves living there. But many realtors don't favor the area. So they are not steering people to the neighborhood. Therefore, their perceptions matter and must be the target of education on my part. I could go on and on. Long story short - can't wait to put all that knowledge to work on my next deal.”

“I am not one to review a company but this is one worth talking about. I went in on a property with a buddy about 2 years ago and we failed. Bad. We each put in $20k of our personal funds in a property that we thought was perfect but so many things went wrong. We ended up having to take a huge loss. Fast forward to today and we are a part of the Success Path program making 3 times our salaries when we were working in marketing. We make a great team and are huge fans of the program! If you want to invest right and not lose your savings, Success Path is the way to do it.”

Our adventure in real estate brought unexpected blessings.
“We started with Buy and Hold properties, and we currently own 3 rental properties. In January, we did our 1st flip with creative financing. We were able to help a family whose house burned, and they were living in a hotel for over a month. They had a down payment from their insurance and we are currently holding the other half of the note for them. It is so nice to be able to help people through real estate.”

Using our profit to make more offers.
“We purchased a home in San Bernandino and rehabbed it, including expanding the kitchen and rehabbing two bathrooms, new paint, and some minor landscaping. We're using the profit to make offers on additional properties!”

READY TO ROCK VEGAS!!!
“I went to an event in Vegas with my Mom (didn't know they were located in Utah). I just barely got a new job so I'm going to keep it. But I'm going to look into investment properties with my mom. I think it's a good place to start with this program. I think there were some solid strategies talked about. My mom bought me the training. She's a real estate agent and she knows what's what. If these guys weren't legit she would have heard about it. I'm all about having a side hustle and having my money work for me just makes sense. Having other people's money work for me makes even better sense. LETS. DO. THIS.”

We're doing what we've been told and it works!
“Since the 3 day event in January, we have been making offers, researching our market, putting out bandit signs and working mailing lists. Tomorrow, we close on our first property. We have just purchased 2 additional properties currently being rehabbed and they will go on the market in two weeks. Between the three properties, we estimate that we will average over $30,000 each. We are using a hard money lender and we are doing exactly what you tell us to do. It can be done, we are really motivated and excited!”

About to do my first deal.
“Left bootcamp, went back home eager to start making deals, so went to Home Depot on my lunch break the following Monday and bought some blank yard signs and made some bandit signs and put in my front yard (i live on a corner). A couple days later I got a call from a guy that was tired of renting his house and was ready to sell it. I said great what's your address and went and checked the house out the same day and took picutres and did the comps. I met with the owner a few days later and we settled on a selling price. I did a joint venture with a local veteran investor that has cash buyers. Met him at our local REI meeting. Wwe are set to close on the house at the end of the month.”

We thought we were successful BEFORE Success Path...
“We have been do it yourself real estate investors for a while. We thought we were being so creative by first turning our primary residence into rentals and moving in together. We then found some contacts that helped us get some forclosures in AZ right when everything crashed. We've gone a very traditional route since then of refinancing as our properties have appreciated to buy mroe in othe rmarkets like FL and IN. Plus, I have saved every bonus from my job and have worked my tail off to come up with down paymetns for investment property mortgages. But we hit our limit with mortgages and we could go no further until we either sold properties or tried to partner. Then we signed up with Success Path and we found out what being creative means. We have learned a ton about where to find investors and where to find the money. WE always knew real estate was the right way to go but we had no vision. Success Path has helped us get vision. It's hard for us to pinpoint total profit because of our refinance, but I bought a property in AZ for 86K and recently sold it for 180,000. We had decent cash flow for 5 years. We have refinanced that property and bought another that is cash flowing pretty well and we are still holding others. We used 50k to do that and we banked 46k with the sale. We also just bought a home in Cleveland and we bought 2 lots in FL while we were here. I would have never thought this was possible and jI can't wait to dream bigger and do more.”
