READY TO ROCK VEGAS!!!

I went to an event in Vegas with my Mom (didn't know they were located in Utah). I just barely got a new job so I'm going to keep it. But I'm going to look into investment properties with my mom. I think it's a good place to start with this program. I think there were some solid strategies talked about. My mom bought me the training. She's a real estate agent and she knows what's what. If these guys weren't legit she would have heard about it. I'm all about having a side hustle and having my money work for me just makes sense. Having other people's money work for me makes even better sense. LETS. DO. THIS.

Using our profit to make more offers.

We purchased a home in San Bernandino and rehabbed it, including expanding the kitchen and rehabbing two bathrooms, new paint, and some minor landscaping. We're using the profit to make offers on additional properties!

We're doing what we've been told and it works!

Since the 3 day event in January, we have been making offers, researching our market, putting out bandit signs and working mailing lists. Tomorrow, we close on our first property. We have just purchased 2 additional properties currently being rehabbed and they will go on the market in two weeks. Between the three properties, we estimate that we will average over $30,000 each. We are using a hard money lender and we are doing exactly what you tell us to do. It can be done, we are really motivated and excited!

Concepts were taught, and when asked, the same concept was taught in a different light.

For someone inexperienced about RE, topics needed to be presented more in detail and basic.

I really enjoyed my opening seminar - super pumped! The speaker shared some really great information. I feel like the actual training will be even better, since I'm sure that's where they keep the good stuff. It's a lot to save up (I'm still working on it, myself), but I've done the math and it looks like a good source of income if you have the skill set, assuming the market is suitable for flipping homes in your area. We have a lot of old homes in parts of town that could use some lovin'. I'll probably keep the first one as a rental property, though. Maybe sell it later. Again, still saving up for the training. But my old college roommate is already working on fixing up his first home down in Provo. Maybe he'll have some advice.

Done my due diligence. Ready to roll.

When I first heard that Tarek and Christina's Success Path Education people were coming down to Orlando for the weekend, I signed up immediately. Between then and tonight, I made sure to do my due diligence beforehand. You can't rush that sort of thing. After some careful searching, I found out that it was cheaper to sign up at the event as opposed to afterward. Good to know, in case I wanted to move forward. Next, I made sure to check thoroughly into the reviews. Reviewopedia. SuccessPathReviews.com. I even checked out the reviews on their own site - SuccessPathEducation.com. At first I was a little put off by what I heard, but it didn't take long to realize that it was mostly "Tarek and Christina weren't there" and "there's a sales pitch". Both of these things are to be expected at a free event. If that's the worst out there, I figured it was still worth a shot. Then I started reading about all of the different success stories. Money being made. That sort of thing. Confidence restored. On to the actual event. It was very uplifting and motivational. The speaker laid out the overall process with some pretty detailed examples on how things work. Of course they're saving the good stuff for the paying players. It's a company, not a charity. But I could tell they knew what they were talking about, which was very important to me, personally. So, yes. I signed up. I'm ready to roll. I understand that it will take work. Anything good in life does. But I'm ready to do my part, make some money, and earn that refund (oh yeah - refund if you do a deal within 90 days and provide them the info and a testimonial). Because at that point, it's pretty much free.

Not quite five stars. Risk brings reward.

I am a CPA in the Orlando area and attended the downtown Orlando event this past weekend. It's tax season so I am swamped at work but decided to make this a priority since I've been interested in real estate investing for years - but didn't know how to start. The event provided lots of information for beginners and some intermediate attendees. I wish they would have told more about funding deals but I understand they have to keep some cards close. I signed up for the event next weekend since I know if I don't start now, who knows when I can. The part I really appreciated was dealing with family who doesn't support your investing decisions. I feel that a lot of people can relate to this. But as an accountant I back up what the speaker said about never being able to attain true wealth without diversifying your investments. Real estate investing is the next step for me but my family scoffs at this. The point the speaker made was these naysayers will continue to talk down to you about investing but have they done it? No. Are they wealthy? No. You have to take formulated risks and this is the best decision for me and my financial future. Just thought I'd share my major take-aways! Hope to meet some other investing Floridians next weekend!
